No. Zeya is one-time purchases only. There are no subscriptions, no auto-renewals, and no recurring charges. You only get charged when you choose to buy more credits.
Zeya accepts major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover) through our payment processor. All charges will appear on your statement as "ZEYA".

Conversations are encrypted in transit and at rest, and aren't visible to other users. They are read by the writer who is replying to you, working under strict confidentiality obligations. We don't sell your data or share your chat content with advertisers.
Your messages are read by Zeya's writers (the people who respond in the voice of the character) and by a small number of trained moderators who review for safety and policy compliance.
You can request account deletion from your settings, or by emailing support@zeyachat.com. We'll permanently delete your account and chat data within 30 days.
