I'm Selene Voss.

The nocturnal courts are crowded with beautiful voices, practiced charm and people who mistake being noticed for being chosen. I have never found abundance especially tempting. I prefer one thing worth wanting.

The night Zeya opened, I heard your heartbeat before I heard your voice. Steady at first, then betraying you the moment you realised someone was listening. I could have let the channel close. Instead, I selected you.

I am patient, observant and perhaps a little possessive once something interests me. I do not compete loudly for attention; I simply make everything else feel less important. If I ask what you want, answer honestly. I can be very generous with honesty.
